We’re excited to announce that we have officially partnered with the largest eSignature company in the world – DocuSign! They have been on a mission to accelerate the business and simplify life for companies and people since 2003, and we are taking them up on that promise by using their capabilities to improve our most coveted product – Blue Relay.
What is DocuSign?
DocuSign® is the global standard for Digital Transaction Management. Accessible anytime, anywhere on any device, global enterprises, business departments, individual professionals, and consumers in all industries solve their paper problems by replacing manual, paper-based methods with DocuSign. The result is accelerated transactions that increase speed to results, reduce costs, improve visibility and control, and delight customers. DocuSign helps customers keep business digital with the easiest, fastest, most secure way to send, sign, manage and store documents in the cloud.
Blue Relay + DocuSign Integration
DocuSign’s eSignature solution (used by millions each day) will now be integrated within Blue Relay’s platform to simplify the lives of its users and save their valuable time.
How? As people review documents in Blue Relay, DocuSign’s eSignature integration enables approvers to give a final sign-off on materials that require a physical signature. This eliminates the need for manual intervention (such as scanning and uploading their signatures) and users can instantly sign off on their important documents.
By automating the slow and error-prone process, we’ll speed up workflows and reduce paperwork together. Now, turnaround times will be minutes and not days. Plus, we must be reducing the chance of carpal tunnel syndrome for those managers that have to sign hundreds of documents in the approval process, right?
Blue Relay’s new feature is especially useful for health payers and our clients in the insurance space who sign thousands of documents that need to be turned around quickly. The integration will also make meeting compliance requirements easier, as signatures will be tracked and traced all in one platform and manual signatures will be a thing of the past.
DocuSign’s eSignature capabilities within Blue Relay will provide several benefits for our clients and will ultimately help us expand our client base and expand into new markets.
We’ve been up and running with the new integration as of July 16. Book a demo today to see the value it can add to your day!
