Blue Relay Wins Award for Quality Improvement in Member Communication Processes

Our team is absolutely honored to receive the Excellence Award in Quality Improvement from the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute (PBMI). On March 7, we proudly accepted the award at the PBMI Annual Conference for the efficiency we bring to the health payer industry.

The award was received as part of the continued work we do with Express Scripts in bringing visibility and control to communication development processes which significantly improves the timeliness and quality of member correspondence. Blue Relay modernized the communication review processes for Express Scripts which brought a high degree of clarity and confidence to their teams; resulting in significant improvements to their efficiency. The solution allowed staff to increase throughput by over 300 percent without an increase to workload or headcount.
